We acquired another property
in Suwanee, Georgia in 2006 which is located at 602 Buford Highway and is currently 100% occupied by Suwanee Towne Florist. Suwanee Towne Florist started its business in March of 2010 and due to its success has become a part of the Suwanee, Georgia community.

Old Towne’s hope is that with the future enhancement of Buford Highway (the proposal of a turn about with a traffic light, and the interconnectivity of Suwanee Georgia), this location will become another great development by Old Towne Enterprises LLC. The property is currently zoned C-2 and occupies the corner of Buford Highway and Davis St.
