The Shoppes at Olde Towne are part of Suwanee Town Center. The two story building consists of 33,000 square feet of retail, office and unique restaurant space with arbor covered outdoor dining. The building is located between Town Center and Old Town Suwanee, where a tunnel under the railroad tracks is to be built by the city that will let pedestrians travel between Town Center, The Shoppes at Olde Towne and Old Town Suwanee. In addition there is the nearby four-mile Suwanee Creek Greenway, a popular, multi-purpose path. The location and building offer visibility and accessibility.
The building became ready for occupancy in late November 2007. The first tenant is “WKND Pool and Spa” opening in June, 2008. They will offer a wide variety of outdoor products in connection with the sale of spa and pool chemicals and accessories.

The Shoppes at Old Towne is located in the heart of a thriving community in the town of Suwanee on Buford Highway, less than 1/8 mile from the corner of Lawrenceville-Suwanee Road and Buford Highway, two of Suwanee’s busiest roadways.
This development is part of planning for Suwanee, one of the fastest growing cities in Georgia. The surrounding area includes traditional neighborhoods, town homes, retail, restaurants, office space, service providers and local city government offices.
Because “interconnectivity” is a watchword for Suwanee, the city is finalizing plans for both a bridge and tunnel to connect all the developments and city amenities.
